An Enduring Vision

I am both an author and public speaker with an interest in LGBT issues, energy policy, and the Canadian-American relationship. Having experienced the pain of reparative therapy, I attempt to use these experiences in my writing to speak out against the false information that permeates the dialogue on gay rights… My story – The Pain Of Reparative Therapy – can be found here, and I can be contacted at lamentations1.18@gmail.com – from the About page on the An Enduring Vision Blog.

Friends of George’s

Friends of George’s are the spirits of everyone who once felt alone in the world, but then found acceptance in an unlikely place—a place where they learned to embrace individuality and to celebrate diversity. Many people in the 1970s and 1980s when there was great struggle for acceptance and equality found this place at a Memphis bar known as George’s.
