Whenever Memphis gays need media attention, there is one gal that has our back. Bianca Phillips, staff writer for the Memphis Flyer, has a wonderful Memphis Flyer Blog that focuses on gay news here in this neck of Tennessee called Memphis Gaydar.
Bianca is not just a friend to the gays she is also an advocate for animal rights which she exhibits with her five year dedication to living vegan. Ms Phillips shares great vegan recipes on her delicious Vegan Crunk blog. I LOVE this blog and the food it inspires. Her Pumpkin Pie Smoothie is a simple cure for any bad day (with or without the splash of vanilla rum I like to add to the mix).
